• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the platform, including brokers, conveyancers, and customers.

• Services: Functionalities and offerings provided through the platform.

Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and resident within the UK. Users must also ensure they meet these eligibility criteria throughout their use of our platform.

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their account login credentials. Users must promptly notify Briidge Solutions Ltd of any suspected unauthorised use of their account.

The platform caters to three user categories, each bearing specific responsibilities:

• Mortgage Brokers:

  • Must adhere to all Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, including consumer duty and professional standards.

  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in client communications and maintain compliant interactions.

• Conveyancers:

  • Must maintain accurate and transparent service and fee information.

  • Required to comply fully with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards.

  • Obliged to deliver timely and transparent communications with clients.

  • Must clearly represent their expertise and services without misrepresentation.

• Customers:

  • Must provide accurate and timely personal and transactional information.

  • Responsible for carefully reviewing provided information to make informed decisions regarding conveyancing services.

Users agree to engage with the platform lawfully and ethically, complying fully with applicable laws and regulations. Users shall not:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities.

• Attempt unauthorised access to other users’ data or platform resources.

• Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful or malicious content.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Briidge Solutions Ltd or third parties.

• Interfere with the platform’s operational integrity or security.

Our platform facilitates conveyancing services through direct or third-party arrangements. Briidge Solutions Ltd operates as an intermediary and does not guarantee third-party performance. Users acknowledge that transactions initiated via the platform are legally binding and subject to terms presented during the transaction process.

Users are obligated to pay fees detailed clearly at the point of service initiation. Payments must be executed through approved channels promptly. Any disputes or issues regarding payments must be raised immediately. Refunds and cancellations adhere strictly to the terms stated during each transaction.

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is exclusively owned or licensed by Briidge Solutions Ltd. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or utilising any content without express written permission. Users submitting content grant Briidge Solutions Ltd a royalty-free, non-exclusive license for operational and promotional use.

Services are provided "as is," without any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Briidge Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, with liability limited solely to direct damages as permitted by law.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Briidge Solutions Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from breaches of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of applicable laws or rights of third parties. 

Briidge Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately and without notice for violations of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or other operational or regulatory reasons. Upon termination, users must cease platform usage immediately, though certain obligations outlined in these Terms shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted exclusively under the laws of England and Wales. Users agree to seek amicable resolution through mediation or arbitration prior to litigation. If unresolved through these methods, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Briidge Solutions Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms periodically. Users will receive notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform post-notification constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between Briidge Solutions Ltd and users, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. If a provision is deemed unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Non-enforcement by Briidge Solutions Ltd of any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
